Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a sequence of yogic postures performed in a rhythmic flow, offering respect to Surya Dev (the Sun)—the source of life and energy.

This ancient practice helps:

  • Strengthen and energize the body

  • Improve flexibility and posture

  • Calm the mind and reduce stress

  • Enhance focus and inner balance

  • Connect with natural energy and spirituality

सूर्य नमस्कार एक शक्तिशाली योग अभ्यास है, जो शरीर को सशक्त, मन को शांत, और सूर्य देव — जीवन व ऊर्जा के मूल स्रोत — से जोड़ता है।

Our Surya Namaskar Yajna is designed for the entire community, promoting holistic health and spiritual well-being.

🧘‍♀️ The session will be led by Ms. Preetha, a certified and experienced yoga instructor who provides guidance suitable for all age groups and experience levels.

  • Regular yoga practitioners

  • Seniors (Chair Surya Namaskar option available)
