Family & Immigration Support

At Hindu Worship Society (HWS), we believe that a strong community supports one another during life's important milestones and challenges. Many families need guidance on legal, family, and immigration-related matters but may not know where to begin or whom to approach.
To help our community, HWS invites experienced attorneys and legal professionals who are devotees and well-wishers of our temple to volunteer their time and share general guidance with individuals and families whenever possible.
Community members may receive information and guidance on topics such as:

• Family law matters

• Immigration and visa-related questions

• Green Card and U.S. citizenship process

• Family sponsorship and petitions

• OCI, passport, and travel-related guidance

• Understanding legal processes and available resources

• Referrals to qualified legal professionals when appropriate

Our goal is to connect community members with trusted professionals and provide a welcoming environment where people can ask questions and better understand their available options.
